Rental Policy
Please review these terms before reserving your flower wall.
- Booking Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your date is not secured until the deposit is received.
- Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 48 hours (2 days) before the event. Full payment must be received before delivery and setup.
- Delivery, Setup & Pickup
Delivery, professional setup, and pickup are included within 25 miles of Columbus, Ohio. Additional distance or special access needs may require an added fee.
- Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule are based on availability. The original deposit may be transferred to one new available date at Yasmeen Backdrops’ discretion.
- Care & Damage
Client agrees to keep the flower wall in good condition and is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. Repair or replacement costs may be charged when applicable.
- Outdoor Setups
Outdoor setups require safe, dry weather and a stable, level location. Yasmeen Backdrops may move, modify, or decline an outdoor setup when wind, rain, heat, or ground conditions could cause damage or create a safety risk.
- Safe Use
No climbing, pulling, leaning, or hanging items on the flower wall. Children and guests must be supervised around the setup.
- Liability
Yasmeen Backdrops is not responsible for injuries, loss, or property damage caused by misuse, guest behavior, unsafe venue conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- Photo Use
Yasmeen Backdrops may photograph the completed setup and use images of the décor for portfolio and marketing purposes. We will not intentionally feature identifiable guests without permission. Clients may opt out in writing before the event.
